Soft and Fluffy Matcha Soymilk Bread
抺茶綿綿麵包
食譜(12件):
麵包麵粉/高筋麵粉 240g
抹茶粉 8g
糖 (椰子糖) 30g
鹽 2g
豆奶 (植物奶/牛奶/水) 185g
酵母 3g
椰子油(室溫)20g / 無鹽牛油
(180C 預熱) **150C 15-18 分鐘

Recipe (12 portions):
Bread flour / Strong Flour 240g
Matcha powder 8g
Sugar (coconut sugar) 30g
Salt 2g
Soymilk/ Plant-based milk/ Milk/ Water 185g
Instant Dry yeast 3g
Coconut oil(room temperature/ melted) / Unsalted Butter 20g
Preheat oven at 180C
**150C for 15-18 minutes
