【Kinetic Control 六月中國行】
六月中,前往中國展開10天的 Kinetic Control 之旅
擔任助教,協助教學、翻譯,再次收穫滿滿!
十天行程滿檔!
在北京A-T學院、廣州中山六院,分別舉辦了各三天的 「Myofascial Trigger Point + 經筋」課程
在北京體育大學,舉辦三小時的公開演講,簡單介紹 Kinetic Control 的概念 (Mark 戲稱為KC懶人包講座)
在河北師範大學,舉辦一整天的 “Taking Recurrent Hamstring Pain through Rehab & Beyond” 講座
也與翻譯 Kinetic Control一書的強大翻譯群召集人──王于領主任開了會,中文版的 Kinetic Control 將於今年年底出版
▪️「Myofascial Trigger Point + 經筋」
超過2000年歷史的中國傳統「經筋」概念,完美地與現代西方醫學的trigger point 整合在一起,帶給治療師們另一樣處理複雜慢性疼痛的利器!
7月,「Myofascial Trigger Point + 筋經」課程也將在台灣開課囉!請大家拭目以待!
▪️「Taking Recurrent Hamstring Pain through Rehab & Beyond」 講座
整理了所有與hamstring injury 可能相關的 uncontrolled movement、joint restriction、myofascial restriction 還有常見同時發生問題的其他部位,例如:SIJ、Knee、foot……
同時也提到在復健不同階段應著重的重點,以及訓練 Global stabilizer 和 global mobiliser 應使用的不同方式
再次以更宏觀的視野,看待每一個部位的傷害,以及更加清晰每個部位彼此之間如何相互影響的關係。
