第一次練習120分鐘陰瑜伽,今日倒立練習停留時間來到1分鐘🥳。 設定每週5-6為作弊日,以前只要到作弊日都無比興奮,這次倒是很平靜,把完成時間拉長到一輩子,心態就不再躁進,而是專注自己的健康。

Trong khi các phòng tập đang đóng cửa thì mình đã sang nhờ anh Bình từ Viet Yogi để được hướng dẫn tập thử Yoga. Calisthenics & Yoga có rất nhiều điểm chung vì đều là các bộ môn bodyweight only vì thế mà mình đã luôn muốn trải nghiệm thử bộ môn này trong khoảng thời gian không thể đi tập. Mình đã học được rất nhiều từ trải nghiệm này, cùng xem và tập theo mình nhé.

我17個月的單手倒立練習歷程影片
把從2019.11.8到2021.4.11
接近17個月的時間,從一開始到最後一次練習單手倒立自己認為最好的每一次練習影片存下來,相簿顯示105個影片,就當作這500多天內我練習了105天單倒好了(有很多當天狀態不好之前都刪除了所以絕對超過105天),每次單倒練習次數平均約15-20次,每次1個半-2小時,所以這17個月來我針對單倒的練習高達:
1575~2100的練習次數
105~210小時的練習時間。
如此高次數的訓練,單手倒立就進步了這短短的5-6秒,過程中好幾度想放棄練習這個動作挫折感實在太大…
我沒有很好的平衡的天份,靠的都是努力練習!
單倒沒有捷徑唯有不斷讓身體記憶住這種感覺。
不管你運動健身的目標是什麼,只要你有心且規律的去執行即使慢慢的也會小小步的進步,經過時間的洗禮後你回頭一看你會發現你進步了!
做任何事別輕易放棄.不忘初衷.共勉之!

Before learning how to kick up into handstand in the middle of the room… do remember, safety first!
So start by practising with a wall, knowing the feeling of being upside down and most importantly, being able to breathe when you’re inverted.
This tutorial will teach you how to warm up your wrists, shoulders and core for all the safety reasons, then learning how to do a supported handstand to build upper body strength.
