這次主要也是參考 Pretty Pies 的食譜，無蛋、無奶、無麵粉、無精緻糖，也不需要烘烤。但在製作過程中發現質地與味道都讓沒有非常滿意，想想可能是因為酪梨、檸檬品種不同，質地、味道因而也有稍許差異的關係，於是我有自行再調整食材用量，並添加了我很愛的一樣低熱量食材─豆腐，製作出的綠檸檬派有著我想要的翠綠色，表面我大量刨上新鮮檸檬絲，讓它有更明顯、更誘人的檸檬香氣。
