S&J《煮》低糖健康生日蛋糕食譜:6個月大嘅BB都可以食嘅藍莓、朱古力香蕉鬆餅,簡單易做
材料:
香蕉 350-375g
蛋 6隻
椰子油 60ml
椰子粉 45g
泡打粉 1.5茶匙
肉桂粉 1.2茶匙
做法:
1. 香蕉攪成糊狀
2. 焗爐預熱170度
3. 加入雞蛋、油、椰子粉、泡打粉、肉桂粉和香蕉混合。
4. 等待10分鐘讓椰子粉吸收水分
5. 倒入蛋糕模/鬆餅盤烤30分鐘。 (可以用牙籤測試是否熟)
6. 食得!
