【Bosch家電輕鬆煮出創意蟹粉馬卡龍】

日前，香港著名飲食博客KC以Bosch家電炮製出外形精緻美味的蟹粉馬卡龍，把時令大閘蟹與法國甜點馬卡龍結合，完美示範如何把時令食品與甜點融合。
其中製作鮮蟹粉就全賴Bosch寬大的蒸爐提供充裕的煮食空間，22升容量及3層的蒸架設計能同時把24隻大閘蟹放進蒸爐，加上蒸爐仿照傳統的蒸煮食法、配合嶄新科技，使蒸氣熱氣能均勻散佈蒸爐內每一角落，確保所有大閘蟹能完全熟透。馬卡龍專家Gloria其後以Bosch打蛋器及Bosch焗爐輕鬆完成創意蟹粉馬卡龍這道時令甜點。
