The first thing you encounter in the process of meditation is your subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is a storehouse of every experience you’ve ever encountered throughout your life, in your subconscious with emotions attached to it, will you embrace the unresolved emotional experiences?

而淺意識是你每一段經歷的倉庫。
淺意識中的經歷都附帶有情緒，
你能擁抱、接納埋藏已久的情緒嗎？
