INGREDIENTS
A. For the coffee jelly
160 ml (2/3 cup) water
5 gram (1.5 tsp) agar agar powder
340 ml (1-1/2 cup less 2 tsp) warm coffee
50 g (3 Tbsp + 1 tsp) white sugar (or to taste)
B. For the coconut cream jelly
160 ml (2/3 cup) water
5 gram (1.5 tsp) agar powder
200 ml (3/4 cup + 4 tsp coconut milk at room temperature
70 ml (1/3 cup less 2 tsp milk at room temperature
70 ml (1/3 cup less 2 tsp whipping cream at room temperature
