【煙燻鮭魚＆鯖魚一夜干】煙燻入門玩法｜加入香料的一夜干｜好吃好保存的玉子燒｜

把鮭魚玩遍了以後當然也要玩一下鯖魚啊
鮭魚和鯖魚到處都有但挪威的就特別肥
而油脂含量高的魚類很適合做燻製或干製

這次做了煙燻鮭魚
把鮭魚還沒玩過的部份再添一磚
也打開了煙燻的大門
以後可以多嘗試不同的煙燻玩法

一夜干則嘗試了加入香料
讓原本只有鹽水的作法多了變化
成果非常好讓人驚豔

順便做了玉子燒
很多年沒做得多練習

但因為我平常的使用習慣會用smart keyboard把IPAD 橫擺在書桌上使用
這時候要看這類APP就會有些不方便
有沒有推薦的插件可以讓APP橫向顯示的？
越獄的也可以
