Ingredients:
150g pastry flour (all purpose flour can be substitution)
150g bread flour (all purpose flour can be substitution)
50g almonds
250g coconut milk
60g oil
150g sweetener (I used cane sugar in this video)
1 tbsp baking powder
200g pumpkin
shredded coconut
cinnamon powder (optional)
vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions:
1. cut pumpkin into small pieces
2. put all ingredients together and pour into m
uffin pan
3. sprinkle shredded coconut
4. bake at 350F/180C for 30 minutes

強力粉 150g
アーモンド 50g
ココナッツミルク 250g
オイル 60g
甘味料 150g
ベーキングパウダー 大さじ1
かぼちゃ 200g
ココナッツフレーク 適量
シナモン お好みで
バニラエクストラクト お好みで
「作り方」
１、かぼちゃをサイコロ状にカットします。
２、全ての材料を混ぜ合わせ、マフィン型に流し入れます。
３、ココナッツフレークをまぶします。
４、１８０℃で３０分ほど焼きます。
