We have the Ardha Pincha Mayurasana(dolphin pose), triceps pushups, uttana shishosana, and ending with a light dolphin stretch.
Feel free to add in your own variation of poses such as rocking plank, shoulder tap plank, upward facing dog and others to train your body. There is no right or wrong poses to add just be aware of the alignment and awareness of your body.
