AUのCMに使用されているあの曲ですが、実は19世紀のアメリカのフォークソングのメロディーをゴスペル風にアレンジして出来た曲です。このメロディーを使った童歌もあって、私は子供の時から慣れ親しんでいます。日本のテレビでこのアレンジを聴いたら驚きましたが、このアレンジと前向きな歌詞に好感が持てましたヽ(´▽｀)/

This is a new song by Japanese pop artist AI, which sets the melody from the American folk tune Turkey in the Straw to a "gospel" rhythm with upbeat lyrics. Apparently this melody is well-known in Japan due to Japanese students learning the Oklahoma Mixer line dance in school accompanied by this tune.
