INGREDIENTS
A. Oreo espresso chocolate mousse
6 g gelatin (leaves or powder, I prefer leaves)
100 ml milk
2 packs instant coffee
2 large egg yolks
40 gram icing or granulated sugar - sifted
200 gram dark chocolate chunks or chocochip
400 ml whipping cream - cold
8 Oreo cookies
B. Chocolate sauce
80 ml milk - very hot
100 g dark chocolate chip or chocolate chunks
