Please note that if you use a raw egg, you confirm that you can eat raw.
I used a raw egg that is ready to eat.
Today, I'm going to make "KANSAI STYLE SUKIYAKI".
There are two kinds of sukiyaki recipe in Japan.
The one is kanto style and the other is kansai style.
The biggest difference between them is using "Warishita sauce" or not.
# Ingredient ( for 2 or 3 )
- Japanese leek 100g
- Shungiku 150g
- Maitake mush room 80g
- Shimeji mushroom 80g
- Enoki mushroom 80g
- Firm tofu 200g
- Konjac noodles 80g
- Sliced chuck eye roll 400g
- Beef tallow 5g
- Sugar 20g
- Sake 100ml
- Soy sauce 100ml
- 2 or 3 Eggs
# how to cook
1. Cut the vegetables and firm tofu into bite size pieces.
2. Burn firm tofu with a blowtorch until the surface gets slightly burned.
3. Warm the pot.
3. Add the beef tallow to the pot and let it soften.
4. Add the beef and lightly cook it.
5. Add sugar, sake and soy sauce.
6. Add vegetables, firm tofu and konjac noodles.
7. It comes to a boil, it's ready to eat !

酱汁Sauce:
生抽50ml,50ml light soy sauce
味淋/酒酿汁50ml,50ml mirin/fermented sweet rice
清酒/烹饪米酒50ml,50ml sake/cooking rice wine
清水50ml,50ml water
糖1小勺,1 tsp sugar
食材Ingredients:
肥牛片300g,300g of beef slices
牛脂一小块,small piece of beef tallow
娃娃菜半颗,half baby cabbage
白洋葱1/4个,1/4 white onion
茼蒿适量,crown daisy
豆腐200g,200g tofu
香菇2个,2 mushrooms
金针菇150g,150g enoki mushroom
大葱一截,leek
可生食鸡蛋,raw eggs

Sliced beef(wagyu), vegetables, tofu, and konnyaku noodle are cooked with a dashi soup of soy sauce, sweet rice wine and sugar in a shallow cast-iron pot.
I used the dashi soup from kombu & bonito flakes.
We eat the cooked items with a beaten raw egg.
