Resepi kentang ‘smiley’
Bahan-bahan:
3 biji kentang
3 sudu besar serbuk roti
3 sudu besar tepung jagung
Susu segar (pilihan)
Serbuk perasa ayam
Minyak untuk menggoreng
Garam
Penyediaan:
1. Letak air, kentang dan serbuk perasa ayam ke dalam periuk. Rebus sehingga empuk.
2. Toskan air rebusan kentang. Biarkan kentang sejuk.
3. Lenyekkan kentang. Setelah kentang hancur dilenyek, masukkan tepung jagung dan serbuk roti. Tambah sedikit garam dan serbuk perasa. Dah gaul rata.
4. Letakkan susu segar sedikit demi sedikit. Teruskan menguli. Letak tepung jagung sekiranya adunan doh masih lembut.
5. Canai adunan dan terapkan dengan acuan bentuk bulat. Gunakan straw untuk membuat bentuk mata, dan hujung sudu untuk membentuk mulut.
6. Goreng hingga warna keemasan. Siap untuk dihidangkan. Sedap dimakan bersama sos cili atau mayonis.

Smiley potato recipe
Ingredients:
3 potatoes
3 tbsp breadcrumbs
3 tbsp corn starch
Freshmilk (optional)
Chicken seasoning
Cooking oil
Salt
Preparation:
1. Place water, potatoes and chicken seasoning into a pot. Boil the potato until it become tender.
2. Drain the water and let the potatoes become cold.
3. Mash the potato and add the corn starch and breadcrumbs. Add a little salt and chicken seasoning. Mix well.
4. Add in some fresh milk a little by a little. Knead the dough. Add some corn starch if the dough is sticky.
5. Knead the dough and use round shape to make the smiley shape. Use straw to make eye shape and spoon to shape the mouth.
6. Deep fry the smiley potato until golden. Ready to serve. Taste good if eaten with chilli sauce and mayonese.
