NO-BAKE FRAISIER CAKE
Ingredients
A. Custard cream
6 gram gelatin (3 sheets)
4 egg yolks (72 - 80 gram)
100 gram sugar (granulated or icing)
35 gram corn starch
400 ml milk
1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract
200 gram cold whipping (32 - 38% fat)
B. Others
18 lady finger cookies (Savoiardi biscuit)
100 ml milk
600 - 700 gram strawberries
4 gram gelatin (2 sheets)
150 ml cold whipping cream 32 – 38% fat
20 gram sugar (granulated or icing)
* You can replace lady finger biscuits with a sponge cake as you prefer
* The recipe requires a spring-form pan, heart shaped or round with 20 - 22 cm in diameter.

✿ Ingredients ✿
500g Mascarpone Cheese (I got mine from NTUC FairPrice Finest. I also bought it once before from the big Giant at Tampines!)
4 tbsp Heavy Cream
2 tbsp Vanilla Extract (For my Muslim friends, Phoon Huat Bakery has Halal vanilla extract. If not, the Bake King brand is Halal as well)
Coffee Powder (I've read some recipes online, and some just used Nescafe canned coffee!)
1 Packet Bourdoir Sponge Finger Biscuits (I got mine from Cold Storage)
4 tbsp Caster Sugar
Cocoa Powder
Dish for your tiramisu
Shallow bowl for your coffee mixture
✿ Steps ✿
1. Mix mascarpone cheese, sugar, vanilla, and cream into a mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth and set aside
2. Make your coffee mixture or use canned coffee.
3. Soak Bourdoir Sponge Fingers in the coffee until it gets soft. Don't soak it in too long cos they'll break apart!
4. Once it's soaked, arrange it nicely at the bottom of your dish. Repeat until you've covered the entire base of your dish
5. Using a spatula, take the cheese and cream mixture you whisked earlier, and layer it on top of the coffee-soaked sponge biscuits. Try and estimate to use half of the mixture as you'll be using the other half to do the second layer later)
6. Once it's smoothed, sprinkle cocoa powder on top.
7. Repeat step #3 and #4
5. Repeat step #5 and #6
6. Put it in the fridge to let it chill for about an hour or two before serving it to your guests!

Easy Tiramisu
Difficulty: Very Easy
Time: 15min + cooling time
Number of servings: 2
Ingredients:
100ml whipping cream
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
100g (3.5oz.) mascarpone cheese
Coffee Syrup
* 2 tsp. instant coffee
* 1 tbsp. granulated sugar
* 50ml hot water
6 biscuits * ladyfingers (Savoiardi), sponge cake, or Kasutera are okay
unsweetened cocoa powder
Directions:
1. Mix the Coffee Syrup ingredients together. Place the biscuits in a flat container and pour the syrup over them.
2. Beat whipping cream and granulated sugar with an electric mixer until creamy.
3. Add mascarpone cheese and mix with a spatula.
4. Layer the cream and biscuits in serving cups (about 3 layers). Keep in the fridge for at least two hours (or overnight) to set.
5. Sprinkle with cocoa powder before serving.
