材料:
雞蛋 5,水 4 tbsp,料理酒 2 tbsp,鹽 1 tsp
牛油,麵粉,雞蛋,麵包糠,蛋黃醬 2 tbsp,芥末籽醬 1 tbsp,檸檬汁 2滴,麵包,雞蛋卷
做法:
1. 將雞蛋,水,料理酒,鹽打發拌勻,過篩
2. 在鍋內加入牛油,蛋水,用筷子攪拌,捲起做成雞蛋卷
3. 沾上麵粉,蛋液,麵包糠,油炸至香脆
4. 將蛋黃醬,芥末籽醬,檸檬汁拌勻
5. 在麵包上加上醬料,中間加入雞蛋卷,切除麵包邊,完成!

5 Egg, 2 Tbsp Cooking Wine, 4 Tbsp Water, 1 Tsp Salt, 2 Sandwich Bread, 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp Whole-Grain Mustard, 2 Drop Lemon Juice, Butter, Flour, Egg, Bread Crumbs
▪ DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix 5 eggs, 4 Tbsp water, 2 Tbsp cooking wine, 1 tsp salt in a bowl. Strain through a sieve.
2. Melt the butter on the pan and pour egg water and mix it at the same time. When the egg starts to cook and turns fluffy, fold it in half. Fold it again to make a square shape.
3. Coat the egg with flour, egg and bread crumbs.
4. Quickly deep fry the eggs.
5. Mix 2 Tbsp mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp whole-grain mustard and 2 drops of lemon juice.
6. Spread the sauce on 2 sandwich bread. Add fried egg omelet on top of one slice of bread. Cover it with another slice and cut the crusts.
