材料:
雞胸肉 80g,燒烤醬 2 tbsp,蔥花 1 tbsp,洋蔥碎 1 tbsp,麵粉 1 tbsp,熱香餅混合粉 2杯,雞蛋 1,牛奶 2/3杯,麵粉,香腸,芝士醬,番茜
做法:
1. 將煮熟的雞胸肉撕成絲,加入燒烤醬,蔥花,洋蔥碎,麵粉,拌勻
2. 將雞肉和木筷子壓成熱狗形狀,冷凍 2小時
3. 將熱香餅混合粉,雞蛋,牛奶拌勻
4. 將冷凍雞胸肉沾上麵粉和粉漿,油炸至金黃色
5. 加入香腸,芝士醬,番茜

▪ INGREDIENTS:
80g Boiled Chicken Breast, 2 Tbsp BBQ Sauce, 1 Tbsp Minced Scallions, 1 Tbsp Minced Onion, 1 Tbsp Flour, Disposable Chopstick, 2 Cup Pancake Mix, 1 Egg, 2/3 Cup Milk, Flour, Sausage, Kraft Easy Cheese, Parsley
▪ DIRECTIONS:
1. Rip 80g of boiled chicken breast and add it in a bowl with 2 Tbsp BBQ sauce, 1 Tbsp minced scallion, 1 Tbsp minced onion and 1 Tbsp flour. Mix it well.
2. Spread the seasoned chicken and shape it like a sausage by covering a disposable chopstick. Let it freeze in a freezer for 2 hours.
3. Mix 2 cups of pancake mix, 1 egg and 2/3 cup of milk. It should have a thick texture. Cover the frozen chicken mix with flour and coat it with the batter.
4. Fry until browned.
5. Take out the disposable chopstick and make a cut on the fry to put 1 sausage in between.
6. Add a generous amount of easy cheese and garnish with parsley.

2. 在紫蘇葉上加入麵粉,肉餅,摺好
3. 將紫蘇葉餅,香腸,牛肉,沾上麵粉,蛋液
4. 開油鍋,用細火煎

▪ DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine ground beef, ground pork, minced tofu, minced scallion, minced carrot, flour, salt, and pepper. Knead nicely.
2. Coat sesame leaf with flour and put the stuffing inside. Cover it up.
3. Coat sesame leaf, sausage, beef with flour and egg in order.
4. Add enough oil to heated pan and cook over low heat.

油 1 tbsp,雞蛋 1,蔥 適量,格拉娜·帕達諾芝士
做法:
1. 將薯仔刨成絲,加入鹽,胡椒粉,煙肉,墨魚,拌勻,加入生粉水拌勻
2. 在平底鑊加入牛油,薯仔漿,壓平,煎至香口
3. 開另一個鑊煎雞蛋
4. 在薯仔薄餅上加上雞蛋,蔥,格拉娜·帕達諾芝士

1. In a bowl add 2 handful shredded potato, and season with 1 pinch salt and pepper. Add 1 handful thinly sliced bacon, 1 handful blanched squid and add starch water.
