【今晚來杯威士忌調酒吧】 #週日晚上來一杯
我自己本身不太愛喝調酒，但身邊的朋友假日都要來一杯紓壓，甚至還有朋友在家自己調酒來喝呢！
時常在電影中看見都會知性女子到酒吧點杯威士忌調酒，
讓我好生羨慕，想要擁有那樣的性感形象，
無奈我還是比較爺們一點(?)純飲比較符合我的胃口🤣

【季TOKI日本威士忌】#WhiskySour
前陣子英國超市推出了調酒禮盒，
讓大家在封城期間也能喝上一杯，在家享受調酒的樂趣！
其中一個熱門的experience box 就是季TOKI日本調和威士忌。

來自Suntory 山崎、白州和知多酒廠的調和威士忌，
有著活潑、直爽的風格，個性像極了帶有充沛活力、率性的陽光少女。
我非常喜歡她撲鼻的新鮮青蘋果香氣，酸甜的滋味融合蜂蜜的清甜，還帶有濃濃的香草奶油氣息，尾韻突出生薑及一些白胡椒的辛香味，而淡淡的琥珀色，如同每個人心中明亮的青春歲月。
我認為季TOKI會是女孩子喜歡的一款威士忌🧡

季TOKI最適合的喝法是Highball
以威士忌比蘇打水1:4的比例調和，最後擠上一點新鮮檸檬汁點綴，口感清爽、香甜，令人耳目一新。
而Whisky Sour也是非常不錯的選擇！
我經常做這款調酒在家喝
(雖然現在不能喝，但還是會做給董哥喝😆)

🥃Whisky Sour簡易製作：
・威士忌 60ml
・蛋白1顆
・現榨檸檬汁 25ml
將上述材料混合倒入shaker中dry shake一下，
・再加入幾滴苦精bitters
・糖水simple syrup 20ml
・少許冰塊
全部一起搖勻後，
倒入已放置冰塊的杯中，
最後將檸檬皮點綴在上就完成啦！

參觀蘇格蘭Speyside第一間正式有酒牌嘅威士忌蒸餾廠The Glenlivet，自1824年到而家，歷史悠久，每年生產2100萬公升威士忌新酒，好多呀🤩🥃。參觀完製作過程之後，再去倉睇下查理斯皇子嘅單桶，再去酒廠的Guardian 先可去嘅私人試酒室，試咗6款威士忌，第一次試以干邑桶作最後過桶嘅Captain’s Reserve同 Nadurra嘅泥煤桶，好特別嘅體驗。係廠嘅餐廳午餐，試咗The Glenlivet 12年雪糕，真心食唔到威士忌味！😂😂🥃紀念品部分原本可以自己親手入瓶，不過暫時維修中，所以今次試唔到自己入瓶！Cheers!🥃🤤🎉
Visited The Glenlivet Single malt distillery , the 1st legal whisky distillery in Speyside since 1824. They produce 21 million Litres new make spirit every year! 🤩🥃a lot!!! After touring at the production line, I also went to the warehouse to take a look at Prince Charles’ cask. I went to the tasting in a private room, which is usually for the Guardian of The Glenlivet and tried 6 whiskies. It’s my 1st time trying Captain’s Reserve & Nadurra Peated Cask, they r very special! I had lunch at the distillery & tried The Glenlivet 12 year old ice-cream, which is not easy to taste the whisky notes at all!😂😂🥃 There is a single cask at the souvenir area where u can fill your own bottle & pay for it. But it’s under maintenance now, so I cannot try it. Cheers! 🥃🤤🎉
