今天是聯合國 #國際糧食損失和浪費問題宣傳日!!
根據聯合國糧農組織(FAO)統計,全世界每年有3分之1、約13億噸的糧食被浪費掉,糧食損失與浪費造成自然資源的消耗與碳排放量的增加,加劇極端氣候。
在台灣,透過媒合網站、食物銀行以及惜福超市,從生產、製造到消費,我們在解決糧食損失與浪費走在前端,實踐了聯合國「永續發展目標(SDGs)」第12項目標「確保永續的消費與生產模式」以及第2項目標「消除飢餓,達成糧食安全,改善營養及促進永續農業」。
台灣是實踐聯合國永續發展目標的模範生,我們希望透過這部影片,呼應聯合國「國際糧食損失與浪費問題宣傳日」,減少糧食浪費,就從你我做起。

Do you know what today is? It’s the UN International Day of Awareness of Food Loss and Waste! According to statistics from the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, around a third of food around the world goes to waste every year; that’s around 1.3 billion tonnes! This also means extra carbon emissions and depletion of natural resources, contributing to #ClimateChange.
#Taiwan has come up with a whole host of innovative ideas to reduce food loss from upstream producers, all the way down to the consumer. Check out the video below to find out more about one such initiative, websites which facilitate the distribution of surplus agricultural produce from farmers and supermarkets to people in remote areas and vulnerable groups through food banks.
This initiative is in line with both #SDG2 #ZeroHunger and #SDG12 #ResponsibleConsumptionAndProduction and we hope that by 2030 food waste by consumers can be reduced by 50% as well as reducing food loss in supply chains.
Taiwan’s vision of global partnership on the issue of #FoodWaste can serve as a reference for the UN in attaining the SDGs!

中衛發展中心結合消費者文教基金會,為響應2021年3月15日全球消費者權益日(World Consumer Rights Day),於華山1914烏梅劇場舉行「消費覺醒」BuyLocal論壇,更跨海邀請了國際消費者組織聯盟(Consumers International,CI)會長Dr. Marimuthu Nadason線上表達對於活動的支持與讚聲,同時還有200位以上關注永續發展議題的產官學界專家與來自全臺各處地方微品牌業者一同參加此次盛會。
🌍運用AR科技跨越時空距離,共同簽署數位倡議
積極配合防疫特別使用AR、臉部辨識科技與世界各地熱情響應者一起跨越時空的限制簽署數位倡議,正式啟動了這個消費覺醒運動,可望帶動更多消費者、生產者、政府單位、企業、通路等共同關注永續消費,以落實聯合國SDGs第12項指標「責任消費與生產」。
⭐論壇現場,邀請政務委員唐鳳等產官學專家,如東海大學、屏科大、主婦聯盟、循環台灣基金會、上下游獨立媒體等代表,以及家樂福文教基金會、王道銀行、鮮乳坊、八百金、綠藤生機、卓也藍染等單位,從生產端到通路端如何思考及運作更符合消費者期待的永續產品,進而發揮良善的社會影響力。各個與會講者更是以精彩的論述,來為「消費覺醒」BuyLocal議題加上完美詮釋。

陪伴國內企業成長三十年的財團法人中衛發展中心,長期致力於臺灣產業發展。中衛除了輔導地方特色產業,朝向聯合國SDGs第12項指標「責任消費與生產」轉型,也特別成立「Buy Local地方買」平台,連同有四十年保障消費權益運動經驗的消基會提出「消費覺醒」倡議,宣揚「環境友善、公平正義、在地發展」的價值主張,希望消費者能運用手中Buy Power驅動生產端改變,迎接新消費世代來臨,「這是中衛邁向第二個三十年,獻給社會的禮物。」

重新思考(Rethinking)商品是否需要包裝、拒絕 (Refusing)過度包裝、減少(Reducing) 塑膠材質包材、重複使用(Reusing)包裝容器、循環利用(Recycling),建立有效回收機制、修復(Repairing)損壞物品取代另購新品、改用替代品(Replacing),以行動實踐環境永續。

集結消費者力量影響供給端,消費與倡議是一體兩面,每個人在各行各業都是有貢獻的生產者,同時也是消費者,莫以善小而不為,應思考如何在各自領域盡量做到節能減碳,選購對環境正面影響的商品。BuyLocal不只是買在地、減碳排量的表面意義,更重要的是能讓台灣在永續發展的努力被世界看見。

「用心做最喜歡、最愛的事,就能做厲害!」堅持發展在地文化特色,創造藍染產業一條龍,用自家種植藍染植物散發的天然色澤,創作出時尚美麗的文創商品,以自然農法種植的蔬菜,吃得健康,穿得天然,與大自然共生共存,將大眾遺忘的臺灣藍染帶回生活中。

支持有理念的酪農用想要的方式生產,2019年獲得米其林亞洲地區唯一指定乳製品伙伴,不僅樹立社會價值,也塑造品質差異,提供消費者更營養,且符合公平交易的高優質鮮乳。

⭐循環臺灣基金會/陳惠琳
應從傳統的「線性經濟」轉為「循環經濟」,未來循環經濟,賣給消費者的不再是產品,而是「服務」,不只減少垃圾量,也有助於鞏固消費者對品牌的需求。此外,對某公司是無用的廢棄物,也許是其他企業的可用資源,透過產業共生提高資源循環利用的機會,效益將更擴大。
⭐屏東科技大學野生動物保育研究所鳥類生態研究員/林惠珊
2015與全聯等組織合作推廣「老鷹紅豆」,鼓勵農村友善播種與發展產銷履歷,設立棲架讓老鷹捕捉老鼠,種紅豆不再需要灑重農藥,漸漸地老鷹、白鷺鷥等鳥類又出現了。有了成功前例,近幾年致力於其他鳥類保護,為臺南官田菱角田水雉成立品牌「官田菱雉菱」,研究鳥類保育十多年的她深信,唯有友善農業是永續發展的希望。
🌳「消費覺醒」BuyLocal論壇午餐以永續為主題,設計4款餐盒,租用可多次使用的餐具,使用當季在地食材及來自部落以友善或有機耕作的蔬菜、薑黃等,調味料,飲品有國產豆奶與小農直送鮮乳,從餐具到食材的選用體現了友善環境的用心。

Stuttgart/Las Vegas. Daimler's trade fair exhibition at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las
Vegas (CES; 8 to 11 January 2019) will be focusing fully on the outlook on the future of
mobility. Highlights include the world première of the new Mercedes-Benz CLA, US premières
of the battery-electric Mercedes-Benz EQC (combined power consumption:
22.2 kWh/100 km; combined CO2 emissions: 0 g/km, provisional figures)1 as well as the
revolutionary Vision URBANETIC mobility concept plus essential news about the Daimler
Trucks' strategy for automated trucks. After the Mercedes-Benz press conference, Sajjad
Khan, Member of the Divisional Board of Mercedes-Benz Cars, CASE and Vice President
Digital Vehicle & Mobility, will be giving an insight into the current developments within the
context of the Daimler-wide CASE digitalisation strategy – Connected, Autonomous,
Shared & Service and Electric Drive. In the afternoon, Wilfried Porth, Member of the Board of
Management of Daimler AG and Human Resources and Director of Labour Relations at
Daimler AG's Mercedes-Benz Vans, will be explaining the future of mobility using Vision
URBANETIC as an example.
On the day before (Monday, 7 January), Daimler Trucks will be providing an overview of the
most recent company and technology developments at the Keep Memory Alive Center
(KMAC) and will be announcing the company's next steps within the context of automated
driving. Media representatives will subsequently be given the opportunity to experience the
most recent products from the North American truck and bus/coach portfolio at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
The new Mercedes-Benz CLA will be showcased to the global public for the very first time, featuring its evolved MBUX (Mercedes-Benz User Experience) infotainment system, a technological innovation that premièred at CES in 2018. New functions have already been added a mere 12 months later. As a result, the new Mercedes-Benz CLA Coupé is not only the most emotional vehicle of its class, it is also a highly intelligent automotive specimen: the new CLA offers a number of clever solutions, from the MBUX Interior Assistant that identifies operation requests on the basis of movements to lend the vehicle interior a certain level of intelligence, to augmented reality for navigation and the ability to understand indirect voice commands as well as ENERGIZING COACH featuring individual fitness recommendations.
