「我女友 Rika 和我在 2016 年時待在日本好幾個月，那段經歷就是這張專輯美術設計的靈感來源。我還記得名古屋的觀光海報，上面的風景裡有藍天跟白色塗鴉，寫著『它還在這裡』(It’s still here) 之類的東西。那句話轉化成歌裡的歌詞，然後那些白色塗鴉成為專輯封面設計的靈感。至於副歌，我希望它可以當作給自己的箴言——傳達希望和毅力的訊息。現在我們不缺爛新聞和讓人感到灰心的理由，但你必須保有一些希望，相信事情會變得更好、更有意義。」

走趟布魯克林美術館顛覆了我對KAWS的刻板印象，走進KAWS的創作歷程。
KAWS的發跡給了年輕一代藝術家非常大的鼓勵。
KAWS早年用打游擊的方式進入各種公共空間裡塗鴉。
他出身於街頭，在紐約到處塗鴉畫壁畫，他沒有找藝廊做展覽，而是選擇去各種公共場所留下作品並簽下他的藝術家名字KAWS，沒有太大的意義，只是純粹喜歡這幾個英文字的排列組合。他說創作就是為了要證明存在，要讓人看到。
