重要申明關於受虐鬥牛犬: 台灣動物協會在此正式申明，我們已將這隻受瘧的鬥牛犬帶去獸醫進行治療，由本協會來負責照顧。狗狗目前在一家非常有經驗的獸醫院接受治療，而我們會定期跟各位報告他的情況。我們也在此申明我們目前沒有為這隻狗募款醫療費，如果有任何人或團體在為這隻狗募款，那是不真實也是違法的行為。本協會沒有請任何人或團體為我們募款。如果您發現有任何人或團體用這隻狗的照片來募款，請馬上跟我們說: liza@animalstaiwan.org. 直到狗狗完全復原時，我們不會將他開放領養。狗狗所在的獸醫院不准訪客來看狗狗。
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER RE ABUSED FRENCH BULLDOG: Animals Taiwan would like to make it clear that we have taken the French Bulldog in the mutilation case into care. He is currently at a very experianced vet recieving the best care possible and we will update everyone periodically on his progress. We would like to let everyone know that we are not asking for any donations for this case at present and if any organization posts or says they are raising funds for this case, it is completely FALSE. We have not asked any organization or individual to raise money on our behalf for this French Bulldog. If you see anyone or any organization raising funds using this dog's photos, please report it to us to liza@animalstaiwan.org. We will only be releasing this dog for adoption once he has fully recovered and is able to leave the clinic. The clinc has a strict policy of no visiting at this time.
如大家所知，一隻被人蓄意燒傷的法國鬥牛犬已經由協會接手照料。這起案子仍在調查中，目前尚未逮捕犯案的兇手，台灣動物協會目前負責這隻小鬥牛犬的醫療與安全照顧工作。接受治療後，他已經好多了，他現在正努力適應，也喜歡大家關心他。他的燒傷已經大致痊癒，但目前最大的問題就是他的眼睛傷勢，我們不確定他未來是否還能看得見。協會將會持續為大家更新他的恢復進展。在他尚未完全康復，並找到一個完全適合他的生活環境前，小法鬥還不能接受領養。他的醫療費用累計至今日共是新台幣29,572元，我們衷心感謝幾位好心的捐款人，已經陸續為小法鬥的醫療費用捐助了新台幣16,000元。未來他還必須接受另一次手術，待手術後我們將會再公布他的手術費用。如果您想為小法鬥捐助他的醫療費用，請聯絡台灣動物協會，謝謝。Email: treasurer@animalstaiwan.org / 電話: 02-28338820As you know Animals Taiwan has taken over the care of Frenchie the bulldog who was intentionally set on fire by someone. The case is still under investigation and the culprit hasn't yet been apprehended. Animals Taiwan has taken over the medical care and safety of Frenchie. His is currently doing much better. He is finding his personality again and loves getting attention. His burns are healing well and the main concern is his eyes and if he will be able to see in the future.We will continue to update everyone of his progress.Frenchie will not be put up for adoption until he has fully recovered and a suitable environment is found.Frenchie's vet bill up to date is NT$29572 We are very greatful to some very kind donors who have so far donated NT$16000 for Frenchie's recovery. We are waiting on his bill for his surgery and will update everyone as soon as it comes in.
