If you can’t control yourself from eating “sinful delicious food” during PMS, u should do these ⬇️ . 1️⃣ Take good quality high absorbable Magnesium Supplements - a range of different chelate (Magnesium Sulfate, Magnesium Orotate, Magnesium Glycinate, Magnesium Lysinate). High quality magnesium supplements need to be taken during PMS to suppress carbs cravings. Avoid buying ‘cheap magnesium’ - Magnesium Oxide & Magnesium Citrate as both of of these magnesium are NOT WELL ABSORD 2️⃣ Increase Carbs Intake! PMS time = crave sugar.
