#憋氣四分鐘 #4minbreathhold #要看到最後🤭 #watchtotheend 原本打算第一次暖身憋氣1.5-2分鐘就好， 再重新憋氣達到自由潛水考試目標2.45分鐘。 結果一下去憋一憋，覺得好像還好，然後越來越不想放棄，直接繼續⋯ 結果⋯直接憋到4分鐘！😳😆 我超驚訝的因為我不知道時間！我以為可能三分鐘，結果聽到四分真的很「😱」！嘴巴都藍掉了，但是心裡其實知道，如果他們讓我知道已經有四分鐘了，我應該會想趁到五分哈哈🤓 - I wanted to do a warm up breath hold for 1.5-2min, and then go for the goal of 2.45min... I don’t know my limits at all, but after 2.30 I thought I might as well just stay down there... When I came up, I thought I had hit 3minutes and was really happy. But the boys then told me I did 4 minutes!!! Whaaaat!!! See the face expression? Haha.... How good is that smile?? ☺️☺️☺️ pure surprise and satisfaction. You never now what else your capable of... something that free diving is teaching me these days ☺️❤️🌊 - Thank you coach @donnymacfar and @freedive_taiwan , and my dive buddy @typhoon_ray!
