牛タンのあのお店に初訪問！『牛タン・とろろ・麦めし ねぎし』にお邪魔しました。牛タンといえば、仙台の牛タンが有名ですが「ねぎし」はその牛タンをより手軽に食べられる形で提供し、広めたお店と言えるかもしれません。1969年に創業し1981年新宿歌舞伎町に1号店がオープン、今では41店舗にまで広がっているそう（同社HPより）。柔らかく程よいジューシーさがある牛タンは歯応えを残す切り方にこだわり、その牛タンに定番のとろろや麦ご飯にもこだわりを持って提供しています。意外にも初訪問の「ねぎし」それでは早速ご覧ください！
