很开心今年可以参与由Help university 举办的世界宣明会的饥饿三十活动，在别人眼里，或许你会觉得饥饿三十只是一个让自己和朋友一起饿肚子的活动或者生活营，但对于我来说，是一个学会感恩的活动❤️
其实当你饥饿三十个小时的时候，才能体会饥饿是什么滋味，能带给你什么样的领悟。
希望透过这么有意义的人活动、传递更多讯息给更多人，让大家身同感受饥饿的痛苦，一起为世界有需要幫助的人们付出小小的绵力。❤️

第4年 我又做到了！
第一次当饥饿30自办营的筹委真的不简单
花了差不多3个月的时间从零开始筹备 但最后看见营员们都表现得好好的 营会也顺利进行 心里很欣慰?
非常感谢每位营员们的参与和配合 很高兴认识你们
