年末肌膚大掃除
下星期就到「年廿八,洗邋遢」的日子,家居整潔固然重要,皮膚清潔亦不容忽視,平日外出肌膚接觸不少污染物,角質層累積亦容易令肌膚暗啞無光,是時候來個肌膚大掃除,今日教大家用簡單物料DIY磨砂膏,成份天然之餘亦所費無幾。但記住磨砂不能太頻密,建議一至兩星期一次,否則有可能對皮膚造成損害。皮膚敏感者可先在手背做測試,沒有敏感反應才使用在臉上。
配方一:幼身黃糖 + 椰子油
適合膚質:偏乾性皮膚
糖具有滋潤作用,是天然的肌膚潤濕劑,溫和去除暗啞角質之餘同時滋潤肌膚,建議選用黃糖及紅糖,因為比精製白糖含有更多微量元素及抗氧化物。只要將幼身黃糖與適量椰子油混合即成,在臉上打圈按揉至糖粒完全溶化後,用水或肥皂洗淨即可。此磨砂也可以用於嘴唇上。
配方二:幼鹽 + 乳酪
適合膚質:偏油性皮膚
鹽具有消炎、潔淨、殺菌作用,所以比較適合油性肌膚,亦有不少人特別用它來清潔鼻頭上的黑頭。磨砂宜選用較幼身的鹽,以免刮傷皮膚。只要將幼鹽混合適量乳酪即成,乳酪可起滋潤作用,在臉上打圈按揉至鹽粒完全溶化後,用水洗淨即可。
配方三:米水渣 + 檸檬汁 + 蜜糖
適合膚質:任何膚質
有飲即沖米水的朋友們,飲用後剩餘的米渣不要倒掉,因為只要加適量檸檬汁、蜜糖混合,就成為成份溫和的天然美白磨砂膏,可溫和地擦掉面部及身體肌膚上的死皮,按揉後用水洗淨即可,以免堵塞水渠,謹記要先用水渠隔將米水渣隔住以便之後丟掉。

Recipe 3: leftover rice of rice water + lemon juice + honey
Suitable skin type: all skin
For those that will have rice water powder, save the leftover rice of rice water.
