▪️國家運輸安全調查委員會成立於1998年(前身稱「航空器飛航安全委員會」，ASC)，以專業讓台灣在國際飛安領域樹立口碑，飛安會與加拿大運輸安全委員會(TSB)、美國國家運輸安全委員會(NTSB)、法國飛航事故調查局(BEA)、澳洲運輸安全局(ATSB)及日本運輸安全委員會(JTSB)均有密切的交流合作。
▪️2003年，國際成立「飛航事故調查員紀錄器」(Accident Investigator Recorder，簡稱AIR)工作小組，創始成員包括：美國NTSB、加拿大TSB、澳洲ATSB、法國BEA及我國飛安會。2019年8月1日，飛安會改制為運安會後，業務擴增為全運輸模組運輸事故調查，台加雙方重新簽署合作MOU，期能持續深化合作關係。
Although we often take #TransportationSafety for granted, it’s when things go wrong that we really start to depend on international partners to ensure that incidents are investigated thoroughly and that there is a framework for passing on information. That’s why we’re pleased to announce the signing of a memorandum of understanding between our office in #Canada and the Canadian Trade Office in Taipei regarding Cooperation in Transportation Safety today, marking a new chapter in bilateral cooperation between #Taiwan🇹🇼 and Canada🇨🇦, which has been ongoing in this area for over two decades, first under the Taiwan Aviation Safety Council and now under the Taiwan Transportation Safety Board, with its broadened mandate extending to investigation of aviation, marine, highway and railway incidents.
