今年生日除了幫自己安排了一個露營夜，另外也準備了一趟京都出走之旅！有規劃地安排了一堆素食餐廳，可是運氣不好，不是定休就是已過最後下單時間。幸好吃到的都是最好的，而且每家都有想再吃的衝動！
去旅行認識當地人是最有趣不過的事了，有幸試了兩位日本人的野菜料理，更現場聽到即興的樂器演奏，還有在其中一家純素餐館認識的日本夫婦，難得可以以英文聊得如此深入盡興，實在難得啊！
京都有它的繁忙，也有很城市的風貌；卻又保留了很多自然美景，幾乎走到哪都有樹木、河流、鳥兒、鴿子、烏鴉的蹤影。而且踩單車是探索京都最好的交通工具，非常安全！

Besides arranged a camping night for my birthday this year, I also prepared a trip to Kyoto! I planned a bunch of vegan restaurants that I need to visit, but I was very unlucky that they are either a fixed holiday nor pass the last order time. Fortunately, those I have been visited are really great restaurants that I am urge to visit a second time!
Knowing locals would be the most interesting thing for sure. I was so lucky to try some cuisines from two local Japanese, and enjoyed impromptu musical performances on the spot. There are also Japanese couples who met in one of my favorite vegan restaurants. Our talk was very inspirational.
Kyoto has its busy and urban styles, but it retains a lot of natural beauty. There are trees, rivers, birds, pigeons and crows almost everywhere. And cycling is the best way to explore Kyoto, very safe!
