「寧可全力追捕跨性別，不管國際貪汙通緝犯？」馬來西亞社會近期正熱烈關注一位逃到泰國的跨性別女穆斯林——Nur Sajat——可能會被引渡回馬受審之事。事發經過為Nur Sajat在2018年因為身著女裝出席宗教活動，被控違反《伊斯蘭刑法》下的侮辱伊斯蘭罪。不過，Nur Sajat卻未出席於今年2月舉行的開庭日，她後來被發現已入境泰國，直到本月初被泰國警方逮捕，仍未確定是否將被引渡馬來西亞。

36歲的Nur Sajat原為生理男性，是當地少數公開跨性別身份的人士。同時，她是一名經營化妝品牌的企業家，也是在網路上擁有極高人氣的網紅，時常在社交媒體上分享日常生活。然而，Nur Sajat卻因其跨性別和穆斯林的雙重身份，時常遭到當地宗教局的騷擾。例如，她在2018年因身著女裝參加宗教活動而被提控違反雪州《伊斯蘭刑法》第10條文下的〈侮辱伊斯蘭罪〉，後來又在2020年身穿女裝到麥加朝聖而引起爭議。

此案不是一起單純的引渡案件，背後牽扯了馬來西亞LGBT的艱難處境與權益、《伊斯蘭刑事法》下的侮辱罪到底可以如何、或由誰來詮釋，以及泰馬之間的關係。當地網民也以此譏諷並類比，警方大費周章跨國追捕毫無傷人意圖的Nur Sajat，卻不多花心思去追捕捲入大馬一馬公司貪污弊案，至今不知去向、被新加坡和美國等國聯合通緝的劉特佐（Jho Low）？甚至，此案也關乎與馬來西亞要好的泰國，究竟該如何處理引渡事宜？尤其，泰國如今也出現聲援Nur Sajat的支持者，發起連署施壓政府。

中國「端點星」網站，因為備份大量被官方刪除的疫情文章，兩名網站志工去年遭當局指控「尋釁滋事罪」逮捕。11日兩人出庭受審，根據家屬轉述，檢方當庭建議量刑15個月。
