¡Bienvenidos! 🤠 The president of the Congress of Guatemala 🇬🇹, Álvaro Arzú Escobar, and his wife recently led a delegation to visit #Taiwan 🇹🇼. They got a chance to taste some #BubbleMilkTea and were impressed by the cleanliness and orderliness of the Taipei Metro system! The delegation also visited the National Center for Traditional Arts to get even more of a taste of Taiwanese culture.
