人々を引き離すコロナ禍にも関わらず、昨年も #台湾 と #日本 の友情はますます深まりました。今年は東日本大震災から10年の節目を迎えます。当時台湾の人々が日本に寄せた思いやりの心と多額の寄付は、台日の強い絆を示すものでした。日本台湾交流協会はこの節目を機に、東京オリンピック・パラリンピック開幕半年前に当たる1月23日の夜、台北市内の超高層ビル「#台北101ビル」外壁に、台日の友情を表し、東京五輪にエールを送るライトアップを行います。翌24日夜には、一般の方々から寄せられた台日の友情に関するメッセージの一部を「台北101ビル」外壁に表示します。週末の夜はぜひ、台北101ビルにご注目を！

Despite the pandemic keeping many of us apart, the friendship between #Taiwan and #Japan has continued to flourish over the last year. 2021 is the 10th anniversary of the #TōhokuEarthquake and tsunami in Japan. The outpouring of sympathy and donations from Taiwan in the wake of the disaster, served as a reminder of the strong ties between our countries.
To mark this anniversary, the Japan-Taiwan Exchange Association is launching a series of events around #Taipei101 which started this evening. 10 goodwill messages between members of the public from both nations will be displayed on #Taipei101 on the evening of January 24, six months before the #TokyoOlympics are to take place! Make sure to check it out this weekend!
