台北士林（華榮市場）光輝肉羹 之小編五花肉的求學回憶
這間傍晚上才開的光輝是五花肉小編學生時代在士林求學時，常會去吃的小店。
在市場內的小道上，因傍晚才營業的關係，旁邊的攤戶早已收攤，所以一眼望去光輝的黃色店招牌就格外顯眼，在日光燈的照映下，遠遠就能看到白髮老闆有節奏的煮著麵。
照慣例點上淋了滷汁的乾麵或是一碗魯肉飯，再配上一碗肉羹給的很足不是碗大的肉羹湯，那紮實的口感跟十足的分量，抓緊了小編的胃。
小菜方面，我覺得必點滷油豆腐，樸實簡單卻彈牙入味，擁有著讓人特地走進去閉店的市場裡的吸引力。
🕶滷汁方面比較偏鹹一點，吃的時候盡量拌勻點再食用。

Guang-Hui Pork thick soup opens in late afternoon, it’s a noodle stall I went often when I was a high school student. It’s located in a small alley inside the Hua-Rong market, you can find it easily because the light of the stall is eye-catching when all the other stalls are already switching off their light to close.
The grey-haired owner is busy putting the noodles in the boiling water and pouring the sauces with his tempo, it’s almost like some kind of performance, you just cannot take your eyes off his moves.
Order a bowl of simple dry noodle topping with some marinade, or a bow of good-smelling braised pork rice, and complement with the famous pork thick soup, it’s really satisfying. More suggestion is a plate of fried bean curd.
Step inside a closing market for these simple and wonderful foods, makes you feel like the time goes back to those green days.
Location: The middle section of Hua-Rong Market (MRT Shilin station, go straight from the left side of exit 1.)
