美國國務卿同一日比兩個國家外交部長鬧
中美會談未開波就先由北韓外交部長先開炮，鬧「白痴」（only lunatic theory），去到會談開始就到中國外長黃生出招，
“I don’t think the overwhelming majority of countries in the world would recognize the universal values advocated by the United States, or that the opinions of the United States could represent international public opinion.”
（我唔覺得全世界大部份人都認同美國宣揚嘅所謂「國際核心價值」囉，亦唔認為美國可以代表國際呢類言論。）
面對未入正題就咁嘅情勢，Antony Blinken頂唔咁樣回應，
"...the United States had a long history of openly confronting its shortcomings, not trying to ignore them, not trying to pretend they don’t exist, trying to sweep them under the rug.”
（要知道美國對於公開同啲「缺陷」對抗好有經驗，唔會無視，亦唔會扮唔知掃入地毯底。）
黃生明顯好不滿...
不過，話時話，講到鬧交同打嘴炮呢樣嘢，美國無咗Donald Trump同Pompeo呢類鬧交王人物，或者Mike Pence呢啲歷史老師角色，國際真係少咗好多花生。
