白扁豆湯健脾化濕湯
春天悶熱潮濕,令人處於似病非病的狀態,常常感到困倦、頭昏腦脹、胸悶、食慾不振、大便稀爛症狀,身上有如披著一條濕毛巾一樣,又墜又重,都是潮濕惹的禍。不要以為瘋狂喝薏米水祛濕就好,記得同時健脾,因為脾主運化,運化代謝正常,水液就不會聚積體內,湯水中加入健脾化濕食材例如白扁豆,兼具健脾、益氣、化濕功效,一家大小都適合飲用。
健脾化濕湯水小貼士:
適當地添加健脾化濕食材如薏米、陳皮、茯苓、赤小豆、芡實等
節瓜淮山白扁豆湯
功效:健脾化濕,紓緩神疲乏力、嗜睡、食慾差、睡眠不安寧等症狀。
材料:節瓜2個、粟米2根、薯仔2個、新鮮棕櫚果4個、淮山20克 、白扁豆20克、蜜棗2枚、薑3-5片
做法:
1. 全部材料洗淨,節瓜去皮切塊,粟米去衣連鬚,新鮮棕櫚果切走硬皮、薯仔去皮切塊。
2. 鍋中加入約2000毫升水,放入全部材料,以武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約2小時,最後加鹽調味即可。
