徳島ラーメン 麺王 姫路店が飾磨のラーメンこがね家姫路南インター店跡に11月にオープンするようです。
見たところ、まだ内装工事も始まっていないような感じでした。
徳島ラーメンというのは麺に対して具のボリュームが多く、具が甘辛くてすき焼き風なのが特徴の一つのようです。
また、豚骨ラーメンのように麺が細いので、替え玉というシステムをとっているようです。

徳島ラーメンを巡る旅、茶系で有名なあの店へ！徳島県徳島市『いのたに本店』に伺いました。徳島ラーメンはそのスープなどの特徴から白系、黄色系、茶系と３系統に分けられることがあります。今回伺った「いのたに」はいわゆる「茶系」の有名店で、以前あの横浜らーめん博物館（ラー博）に出店していたこともあり、その名前が一躍全国区となりました。ラーメン激戦区である徳島でも人気の高いお店です。初めて伺った徳島らーめん人気店の味、早速ご覧ください！

Tokushima ramen can be divided into three types, white, yellow, and brown, depending on the characteristics of the soup. 徳島ラーメンを巡る旅、最後に伺うのは黄色系の人気店！徳島県鳴門市『支那そば三八斉田店』に伺いました。徳島ラーメンはその特徴から白系、黄色系、茶系の３系統に分かれると言われています。今回の旅で巡った徳島ラーメン店は茶系の有名店「いのたに」、白系「岡本中華 小松島本店」そして最後が黄色系の「三八」です。創業が昭和45年で、昔はアイスクリーム屋だったそう。本店が鳴門市にあることから「鳴門系」とも呼ばれるその人気の味、早速ご覧ください！

Tokushima ramen is said to be divided into three types, white, yellow, and brown, due to its characteristics. The Tokushima ramen shops I visited on this trip are the famous tea shop "Inotani", the white shop "Okamoto Chuka Komatsushima Main Shop", and the last one is the yellow shop "Sanhachi". It was founded in 1970 and used to be an ice cream shop. Since the main store is located in Naruto City, please take a look at its popular taste, which is also called "Naruto-kei"!

徳島ラーメンを巡る旅、あの有名店に久しぶりの再訪！徳島県小松島市『岡本中華小松島本店』に伺いました。徳島ラーメンはその特徴から白系、黄色系、茶系と３系統に分かれると言われています。今回の旅で巡った徳島ラーメン店のうち茶系の有名店「いのたに」に続いて伺ったのが「岡本中華 小松島本店」です。1951年創業の老舗で、白系の行列店として知られます。休日には近県からのラーメンファンも多く並ぶという人気のお店。前回伺った際の感動が忘れられず再訪しました。それではご覧ください！

It is said that Tokushima ramen is divided into three types, white, yellow, and brown, due to its characteristics. Of the Tokushima ramen shops I visited on this trip, I visited the famous tea-based shop "Inotani" followed by "Okamoto Chuka Komatsushima Main Store". A long-established store founded in 1951, it is known as a white procession store. A shop where many ramen fans from nearby prefectures line up on holidays.
