Stir-fried Rice Noodles with Prawns & Roe Paste (HKD98)
This looks as if it has just come off the wok. Light in color, brimming with glutinous fragrance. Steaming hot and very tasty. Having a good portion too.
炒可粉有獲氣似酒樓出品，色水淺，但係味道好，閒到香味，令我胃口大開，而且十分足料，大蝦也不少。

青咖喱雞肉炒飯 ($108) Fried Rice with Green Curry Chicken (HKD108)
This fried rice was perfectly seasoned; the grains were individual, kissed with the curry. The strong fragrance of the green curry and chicken cubes added a real punch to the fried rice. The taste was really good and we polished off the bowl of fried rice. Served with chicken skewers.
