有點忘了在哪裡聽過王子慧較早期的作品，依稀記得跟朋友討論過她的一首隨性又有點意思的作品，這個不重要。總之，很多人都知道（或還有很多人還不知道）他在《明日之子》選秀裡闖出了些名堂，兜了一圈，又回來追逐音樂夢。
昨天給一本雜誌寫專欄，提到誠實以及如何先成為自己？loop了王子慧的歌一個下午，今天又loop了一個早上，漫不經心的旋律有了恰如其分的編曲骨幹支撐起來，跟最早聽到的那首歌，已經不一樣了。她的音樂游擊似的散落在不同的平台，要湊齊聽是需要花一些功夫的，如果想知道多一些，建議在street voice平台上邊聽邊讀歌曲簡介，更有趣的是可以順便看看她其實在上面聽了誰的歌，品味影響品味這件事我一直都覺得是比讀樂評更好的指南，像推開一道門，眼前一整個走廊，左右都是門，你要是有時間，耗一整天聽來聽去，或許會有某種尋寶的樂趣。
王子慧的歌裡有與俗世格格不入的拉鋸，也有個人愛恨的抒發，其實一點也不離地，對我來說裡邊有很raw的情感在流動，誠實地不服氣又還不知該拿這世界怎麼辦的樣子。我搜了搜資料，看來跟大家一樣，一場疫情打亂了各種演出計畫，當然也打亂了各種該有的宣傳。
我跟幾個朋友，最近都各自努力地把自己喜歡的本地作品/歌手/音樂人推介給大家，盡一點綿力先打破大家的同溫層，我們都相信這個疫情雖然帶來破壞，但也給了大家許多時間思考並決定是不是可以建立一些什麼？把那一些點連結起來？在這之前，我們先聽聽《這個時代沒有巨星》
