Periods come surprisingly early
Dealing with menstruation once a month can be a nuisance for many women. If period comes at least a week early, and each menstruation cycle shortens to about 21 to 23 days, a woman might experience two periods in just a month. Cause 1: Staying up late
People living in the modern era have hundreds of reasons to sleep late.
