A:The most important of all is to think an idea and come up with a hashtag online to gather partners to join this idea together.
As long as you add “digital” elements to social innovation actions, it is “Digital Social Innovation (DSI) , such as mask map program, crowd funding and open data sharing.

How can government entities assist social innovation organizations?
In order to solve social and environmental issues and to respond to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) vision, Taiwan formulated “Social Innovation Action Plan”in 2018, and through inter-ministerial resource integration, promote social innovation!
