Knight Fitness 騎士健身中心 開幕遊

從一樓要下兩圈樓梯才到入口，等於跟信義健工相似的挑高環境，裝潢是有Minecraft風格的城堡主題，整體運動空間舒適不壓迫。

機械式Cybex機台除了強度低了點，角度準、回饋力道直覺，把每一台都測試了一遍，使用上都很順手。自由重量有啞鈴、蹲舉架、squat rack Half rack加起來共三組槓鈴，其他還有六角槓鈴和壺鈴，誠意十足。

總評價：場地寬敞舒適，現有器材都很好用，可惜部分Lifefitness系列機械式機台還沒move-in完全，值得下次去再去運動🎃
