這星期的這個題目看似冷門，但採訪下來收穫不少，蓋房子真的很多眉角，水泥磅數可以偷、建材可以省，東減西扣的，不是行內人根本搞不清楚，剛開始跑線的時候，聽聞前輩告訴我，就算是帝寶，當年的建築成本一坪也不過20多萬，當時我真是驚訝的不得了，心想，什麼！一坪二十多萬，市價一坪要兩百，最好是土地有這麼貴啦！(話說賣兩百多的也不是建商，其實是豪宅客跟投資客居多。)豪宅到底貴在哪裡，除了地段之外，到底有什麼機密，這週這一題算是揭開了一點點神秘面紗，不起眼的機電房、消防泵浦室，還有不會想多逗留的資源回收室，甚至連停車擋板和地下室加裝的行動電話加強器和監視器都有學問！還有豪宅垃圾也要吹冷氣是真的喔！我算是當了回劉姥姥，進到大觀園走一遭囉～
Since I became a real estate reporter, I’ve seen all types of houses, but never like this time, we follow an expert, went into the fire pump room, emergency power supply room and parking lots to see pipelines, and all the other equipments which often neglected by the construction company. Some of the builders might downsize these equipments in order to cost less and make their profit bigger than they should be. Although in this case, it is a luxury resident which was carefully designed and built, learning through it, I got a chance to distinguish what define a good house and what not. And for theAnd for the record, I became a country girl as soon as I entered that building, what an unusual experience!
