時節到了四月份，四月份飲食的重頭戲就是清明節包潤餅囉！
我最喜歡去市場看攤販「擦潤餅」製作潤餅皮，手裡拿著一團白色只敢像是軟趴趴的史萊姆般的，快速抹在鍋屁股上，不一會兒就完成一張薄到透光的餅皮。
自己包的潤餅皮一定要用上兩張皮，包上滿滿喜歡的菜料，最後的香菜和花生粉更是靈魂啊。宣傳新書時上了幾次廣播節目，記得主持人還跟我分享有些地方人家，還會包上昂貴的烏魚子呢！這麼高貴的潤餅捲，我也好想來一捲～
