退潮期間跟著在地達人走一趟海域潮間帶，潮起潮落，乾溼交替，陽光與營養源充足、浮游生物繁盛，是海洋生態系中生產力最旺盛的地區，孕育非常豐富的水中底棲生物，太興奮了，真的看到好多不同種類的魚蝦、蟹、還有大大小小可愛的河豚🐡、🐚貝殼類水底生物，大人小孩都好開心啊，親身體驗造訪，更加真實感受多元生命力的奧妙，我們真的要好好珍惜這個大自然的寶藏，珍惜海洋資源

同盟路沿著愛河河堤漫步，從客家文物館走近愛河之心，咖啡屋就在眼前，兩旁花木扶疏，被稱為高雄最美的道路，坐在咖啡屋可以透過玻璃，看到河堤兩岸的高大鐵刀木，而咖啡屋內部更令人驚豔，不管是牆上油畫或擺設的雕塑品，維多利亞時代書櫃，懷舊黑盤老唱機，都有說不完的故事，這裡是充滿文人氣息的天地。
咖啡屋的主人陳昱霖，是南台灣知名雕塑家，從石雕到銅雕，他的作品也被李登輝前總統典藏。他從小在澎湖靠海的湖西鄉良文港成長，離開澎湖到高雄發展，陳老師經懷念小時候澎湖的潮間帶，帶有海騷風味的飲食，家鄉自然豐富的魚類呼喚著他，這些想念催處他的行動，於是在愛好澎湖美食的太太鼓勵下，陳老師經常飛往澎湖，空運新鮮魚類到高雄。藝術家華麗轉身美食家….
