就嚟到聖誕節啦！大家有冇安排好節目，約朋友出去食聖誕大餐呢？對我嚟講，大時大節最好就係留喺屋企開大食會，同朋友玩到幾夜都得，仲可以食得又平又健康添！
今日先share超簡單嘅燒春雞，比起聖誕燒火雞平同好味好多！按圖就有步驟啦！嚟緊大家想我寫咗邊個食譜先？聖誕健康食譜：
1. 煎蟹餅 crab cake
2. 威靈頓牛柳 Beef Wellington
3. 黑松露蘑菇藜麥飯（risotto)
4. 番茄蟹肉意粉
5. 蟹肉白酒汁意粉
6. 番茄肉丸意粉

大家玩過Cooking Mama未？ 今次我哋用下遊戲入面嘅做法搓啲肉丸出嚟去做個大家都鍾意嘅Party Food，所以如果我之前嘅聖誕食譜太麻煩，相信今次呢個會相對容易得多。但係又唔會係最簡易嘅果隻。
意粉嘅配搭好隨意，可以轉用長通粉，扁意粉都冇問題。

Have you ever played Cooking Mama in the DS before? This recipe will be doing some similar steps according to the game itself to produce some homemade beef balls for the pasta. If you find my previous Chrimstas videos are too complicated for you, this might be something easier I hope. However won't be the easiest way to some of you lol.
Feel free to chang the type of pasta such as Penne or Linguine.
