「那段時間我就想，人活著要為什麼？就突然失去目標，才知道有憂鬱傾向」

在螢光幕背後的節目製作人，也許大家都很佩服、很羨慕，也很好奇工作內容到底是什麼？但在陳芷涵眼中，這些只是工作的一部分，自己沒什麼特別，回首看，都是神的憐憫。
在金鐘獎得獎前，曾有過一段時間失去目標，「活著是為了什麼？」也患了點憂鬱症。因著埋在心裡很深的喪母之痛，也藉著教會姊妹的陪伴而度過。原本心硬的她，如今預備好接受神的生命。
在快退休的年紀，歷經許多影集大作，但最後在時間表裡不能放掉的是什麼呢？在她眼中什麼才是真正該忙碌的？該花時間投入的？
