補脾養胃湯助小兒吸收
如果小朋友身型偏瘦偏矮,好多時父母都會在食物上絞盡腦汁,務求令他們多吃一點,吸收多一點營養。從中醫角度來看,假如小朋友身形相對瘦,而且臉色蒼白,經常沒有精神,不願吃正餐,但又愛好凍飲及甜食,不時會肚脹、噯氣、脷苔薄白濕潤、舌邊有牙痕的話,很大機會是肺脾氣虛型體質,這類小朋友胃口差且吸收力較弱,除了每天飲米水,可以飲用有補脾養胃功效的湯水改善體質。
補脾養胃湯水小貼士:
適當地添加補脾養胃食材如薯仔、淮山、薏米、扁豆、黃豆等、及有助消化的食材如穀芽、麥芽等
蘋果紅蘿蔔淮山素湯
功效:補脾養胃,能紓緩無胃口、口臭、容易腹瀉、腹痛等症狀。
材料:蘋果兩個,紅蘿蔔1個、新鮮淮山1根、穀芽及麥芽各30克、陳皮1角、無花果4枚
做法:
1. 全部材料洗淨,蘋果去皮、去芯切大塊;紅蘿蔔及鮮淮山去皮切塊備用。
2. 鍋中加入約2500毫升水,放入全部材料,以武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約1.5小時,最後加鹽調味即可。

Chinese yam vegetarian soup with apple and carrot

Ingredients: 2 apples, 1 carrot, 1 fresh Chinese yam, 30g malt, 30g rice sprouts, 1 dried citrus peel, 4 figs
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel and core apples and cut into pieces. Peel carrot and fresh Chinese yam and cut into pieces
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1.5 hour. Add salt to taste.
