荷蘭一項最新研究指出，夜間睡眠容易中斷的女性，罹患心血管相關疾病的死亡率是一般女性的兩倍。該研究於4/20被刊載在《歐洲心臟期刊》（European Heart Journal）上。

這項研究追蹤超過8,000名年紀落在63-83歲的受試者長達6-11年，研究人員讓他們戴上睡眠追蹤器、記錄「無意識清醒」（unconscious wakefulness）的程度，再比較他們的長期健康狀況。

研究發現，容易睡眠中斷的女性（夜間驚醒時長佔總睡眠長度的6.5%以上）死於心血管疾病的風險為12.8%，幾乎是同年齡女性的兩倍（一般女性的死亡風險為6.7%）。

一般女性死於其他原因的風險為21%，對容易睡眠中斷的女性而言，此風險會增加到31.5%。

研究也發現間驚醒時長佔總睡眠長度的8.5%以上的男性，死亡風險較一般男性增加約30%，但此一結果不具顯著性。

無意識清醒是一種大腦對外界刺激如疼痛、噪音、光害以及呼吸障礙等的自然反應。我們通常不會記得這個夜間暫覺醒（nocturnal arousal）時刻，因它並不會讓人完全清醒過來，但會使睡眠品質下降。

荷蘭馬斯垂克大學多明尼克（Dominik Linz）博士表示，目前尚不清楚為何女性會比男性更容易受不安穩的睡眠影響，猜測可能是身體差異所致，「人體在應對夜間暫覺醒的負面影響時，女性與男性可能有不同的補償機制。」

這是一個連接「過去」、「現在」與「未來」的故事，如果小時候很喜歡看哆啦A夢，這真的很催淚。尤其到片尾聽到菅田將暉的虹，真是很感人，邊聽邊洋蔥了
