減肥多吃瓜(濕熱型👍)
坊間有「凡瓜皆涼」之說,的確不少瓜類蔬菜都屬性偏涼,例如冬瓜、絲瓜、青瓜等,體質虛寒人士不宜多吃,但如果你屬於濕熱型肥胖體質,症狀包括食慾旺盛、容易疲倦、小便量少帶黃、大便黏臭、多面油、易長暗瘡、體味重等,可以適量吃瓜紓緩濕熱症狀,亦有助減肥;因濕熱型肥胖人士宜清熱袪濕,多吃有清熱利水功效的食材,配合強度大的帶氧運動,例如跑步、跳繩、球類運動等,流汗有助排走體內濕氣,減肥就事半功倍。
冬瓜 — 性涼,有清熱祛暑、利水消痰功效,尤其適合夏天食用,對水腫、腳臭、暑熱煩悶很有幫助。注意陽虛體質、脾腎虛弱及易有腹瀉者不宜。
苦瓜 — 性寒,有袪暑解熱、清心明目的功效,適合於夏日食用,可紓緩咽喉腫痛、目赤等偏熱症狀,糖尿病人同樣合適,脾胃虛寒者不宜多吃。
絲瓜 — 性涼,有清熱解毒、化痰、安胎通乳的功效,適量服用能改善因夏季而導致的口乾、咳嗽多黃痰、婦女帶下過多或味重、孕婦產後母乳不通等症狀。
青瓜 / 老黃瓜 — 老黃瓜為成熟版青瓜,兩者功效相約,同樣性涼,具清熱解毒、生津止渴及利尿消腫的功效,適合濕熱、陰虛體質、痛風、高血壓、高血脂人士食用。要注意脾胃虛寒、容易腹痛、泄瀉者不宜食用。
節瓜 — 性平,能健脾胃、袪濕,功效像一個平和版的冬瓜,能紓緩水腫、孕婦身體浮腫、肥胖等症狀。適合任何體質人士食用。

Melons can aid weight loss (for damp heat body constitution👍)
People tend to assume that all melons are cold in nature. Many melon-type vegetables such as winter melon, loofah, and cucumber are indeed cool in nature, and individuals with a weak and cold body should avoid eating them.
However, if your body belongs to the damp heat condition and has obesity problem (symptoms: large appetite, fatigue, yellowish urine, sticky stool, oily face, grows acne easily, and has body odor), eating melons can relieve the damp heat symptoms and help with weight loss.
Individuals with this body constitution should clear heat and dispel dampness from the body regularly. remove dampness from the body, you will be able to lose weight more effectively.
Winter melon - cool in nature, clears summer heat, promotes diuresis and clears phlegm. It is suitable to eat during the summer, and can relieve edema, feet odor, and irritability due to summer heat. Note that it is not suitable for those with yang deficiency body constitution and those with asthenic spleen and kidneys and those prone to diarrhea.

隨着年紀增長,新陳代謝減慢,如食量與年輕時不變,當然容易變胖。而從中醫角度來看,肝、脾、腎虛弱都會引致中年男士害怕面對的問題:肝血不足腎氣虛,頭髮容易變白或脫落,脾虛濕盛則容易變胖、水腫、疲倦不願動。至於面油問題則是濕熱體質人士的症狀,他們怕熱又易出汗,汗液比較黃而多帶有臭味。肝脾腎需慢慢調理,先解決濕熱問題吧!飲食宜清淡,多吃祛濕食物如薏米、赤小豆、綠豆、苦瓜等;避免喝咖啡、奶茶、啤酒;減少油膩感,人都精神一點。

茯苓性平,有利水滲濕、健脾安神的作用,適合各種體質人士。
節瓜荷葉薏米花生湯
功效:清熱利濕,消腫減肥,紓緩身體四肢困重、肥胖等症狀。
材料:節瓜2個、荷葉30克、乾海帶約60克(或新鮮海帶一塊)、生薏米30克、茯苓15克、赤小豆40克、花生30克
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨,乾海帶泡水備用,節瓜去皮切大塊備用。
2. 鍋中加入2500毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮1.5小時,最後下鹽調味即可。

Do you have the impression that all middle-aged men look the same? They have become plumper, with a beer belly and a receding hairline. Besides experiencing balding at the crown, some of their faces look oily too. Do all middle-aged men really look like this?
As we age, our metabolism reduces. If we still maintain the dietary habits that we had in our youth, we can gain weight easily. From the perspective of Chinese Medicine, weakness in the liver, spleen and kidneys is the primary cause for middle-aged men’s problems.
The lack of blood in the liver and the weakness of qi in the kidneys would cause hair to turn gray or drop easily. Weakness in the spleen and the accumulation of dampness in the body can cause us to look plump, experience fatigue and water retention. As for individuals with oily faces, that is related to damp heat body constitution. They have aversion to heat and sweat easily, and their sweat would leave a yellow stain with a bad odor on their clothes.
It is important to care for the liver, spleen and kidneys. Since we are in the summer season, let us solve the damp heat problem first! Start by eating a lighter diet and consume ingredients that can dispel dampness from the body, such as coix seed, rice bean, green bean, and bitter gourd. Avoid drinking coffee, milk tea, and beer. By cutting down on greasy food, we should become more energetic.
Tip on the ingredients:
Poria with hostwood is mild in nature. It helps to promote diuresis, dispel dampness, strengthen the spleen and calm the mind. Suitable for all body types.
Hairy gourds and lotus leaf soup with coix seeds and peanuts
Effects: Clears heat and dispels dampness, reduces swelling and aids weight loss. Relieves heaviness in body and limbs, obesity.
Ingredients:
2 hairy gourds, 30g lotus leaf, 60g dried seaweed(or 1 piece of fresh seaweed), 30g coix seeds, 15g poria with hostwood, 40g rice beans, 30g peanuts
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Soak the dried seaweed. Cut the peeled hairy gourds into pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1.5 hours. Add salt to taste.

台灣女星陳妍希自稱屬易胖體質,亦容易水腫,她曾經有段時間靠每晚只喝一碗海帶湯,成功減掉12磅,亦甩掉了包包面,來看看她的海帶湯是怎樣的。
材料:蘋果1個、海帶1小片、蜜棗2粒、瘦肉4兩
做法:將材料放入湯盅內燉1個半小時,加鹽調味即成,用來當晚餐食用。
從中醫角度來看,海帶性寒,有化痰軟堅、清熱利水、降血壓作用,適合水腫人士食用,有助利水消腫,但要注意海帶性寒,胃寒胃痛及孕婦不宜食用。蘋果性平,有潤肺健胃、生津止渴、幫助消化的功效。這款湯有清熱利水及暢便功效,體質偏熱人士可以一星期飲用兩至三次作為消水腫湯水,但不建議長期當作晚餐食用,配搭少許肉或魚及糙米飯,這樣營養比較均衡。以下推介加強版利水消腫海帶湯,適合虛胖型體質人士飲用。
食材小貼士:
冬瓜性涼,有清熱祛暑、利水消痰、減肥的功效,適合浮腫、肥胖、暑熱煩悶者飲用。脾腎虛弱易有腹瀉者、陽虛體質不宜。
蘋果海帶冬瓜荷葉湯
功效:祛濕消脂,紓緩肥胖、大便不暢、無胃口、身體感覺睏倦等症狀。
材料:冬瓜600克(約1斤)、蘋果2個、海帶約60克、荷葉1/2塊、赤小豆30克、黃豆30克、蜜棗2粒
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨。海帶泡水30分鐘;冬瓜連皮切塊;蘋果連皮去芯切塊。
2. 鍋中加入約2500毫升水,全部材料、海帶連水加入鍋中,武火煮至水滾,可隨個人喜好取出海帶,調文火煮約1小時,最後下鹽調味即可。
注意:脾胃虛弱容易腹瀉者不宜多飲。

Ingredients: 600g winter melon (about 1 catty), 2 apples, 60g seaweed, ½ fresh lotus leaf, 30g rice beans, 30g soybeans, 2 candied dates
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Soak seaweed in water for 30 minutes. Cut unpeeled winter melon into pieces. Core unpeeled apple and cut into pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients(including the seaweed and the soaking water) with 2500ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. You may choose to remove the seaweed at this stage, depending on your personal preference. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add salt to taste.
