蒜末酒香虾
材料:
大虾
日本豆腐
葱
蒜米
调味料:
麻油
生抽
米酒
步骤:
1)虾去头去壳去肠,剩下尾巴,洗干净
2)豆腐切块,洗干净
3)葱洗干净,切碎
4)蒜米去皮,洗干净,切碎,爆香
5)把豆腐、虾、葱、蒜末,摆在碟里,麻油2滴,生抽少许,米酒2汤匙
6)放在烧开水的锅里蒸4分钟即可

Ingredients :
Big prawns
1 packet of Japanese Tofu
Spring onion
Garlic
Seasonings :
Sesame Oil
Light Soy Sauce
Rice wine
Steps:
1. Remove heads and shells of prawns. Slit the back of prawns. Devien and clean. Leave the tails on the prawns.
2. Cut the tofu, wash the tofu.
3. Wash the spring onion, cut into small pieces.
4. Remove the skin of the garlic, wash the garlic, cut into small pieces. Stir fry the garlic until you can smell the fragrance of the garlic.
5. Arrange the tofu, prawns, spring onion, garlic in a plate, put 2 drops of sesame oil, drizzle some light soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of rice wine.
6. Steam all the ingredients on top of a pot of boiling water. Steam for 4 minutes. Ready to serve.
